Lucky Venture Group is run by Lucky Hussain. I build automation systems for service businesses.

I started this because I kept seeing the same thing: good businesses losing jobs to slower follow-up, not worse work. The fix isn't complicated, but it has to be set up carefully and it has to keep working when nobody's watching. That's what I focus on.

A few things I hold myself to:

• Nothing goes live until it passes testing and you've seen exactly what your customers will get.
• No lead gets silently dropped. If something fails, I hear about it.
• No made-up reviews, stats or promises about revenue.
• You own your data and your accounts. I never ask for your passwords.

I'm a small operation, which means you deal with me directly.
