Client Service Agreement
Version LVG-SA-2026-10-DRAFT-0.1. Last updated October 16, 2026.
This agreement is between Lucky Venture Group LLC ("we", "us") and the business that buys a package and accepts it during onboarding ("you"). It's written to be read. If something's unclear, ask us before you sign.
1. What you're buying
Professional automation implementation services: we set up, test and switch on the package you choose, as described on its page on our website at the time you buy (the "Scope"):
- Lead Response System: $2,000 one-time setup, then $597 per month.
- Business Automation System: $5,000 one-time setup, then $1,500 per month.
Anything not in the Scope, such as other CRMs, lead-ad integrations or custom workflows, needs a separate written quote.
2. How we'll work
We'll use reasonable professional care and skill to deliver the Scope. We'll test the agreed functionality before production activation, show you the test results, and only switch your system on after it passes and you approve.
3. What we don't promise
We don't guarantee any specific revenue, profit, customer growth, sales, or business result. The system makes sure leads are answered and followed up; outcomes depend on many things outside our control.
4. What it depends on
Performance depends partly on your existing systems, account access, data and business processes, and on third-party services (such as HubSpot, Google, Make.com and Stripe) that we don't control. If one of them changes or has an outage, we'll work to restore service promptly, but we're not responsible for their failures.
5. What we need from you
- Accurate, complete onboarding information, and updates when it changes (for example a new salesperson or new hours).
- Timely authorization of the accounts the system needs. You sign in and approve access yourself; we never ask for your passwords.
- Accounts with the third-party services the system uses, in good standing.
6. Your customers' information and consent
You're responsible for collecting and using your customers' personal information lawfully, including having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact them by email, and by text message if you add texting. You're responsible for the content of your own agreements, quotes and invoices. We'll build in safeguards like unsubscribe links, opt-out handling and sending-hour limits, and we won't send automated texts until carrier registration and consent handling are in place.
7. Data
We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. For your customers' data, we act on your behalf and only use it to provide the service. You own your data. We'll keep access credentials in our platform's secure connection storage, never in ordinary records, forms or emails.
8. Fees and billing
The setup fee is due at checkout. The monthly fee starts on the day your system goes live and is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. It covers hosting on our automation platform, daily monitoring, fixes, small changes (wording, hours, who's alerted), and the monthly report. Fees for third-party services you use (for example a paid HubSpot plan, or carrier and per-message fees for texting) are separate; we disclose them before you buy and pass carrier fees through at cost. We'll give you at least 30 days' written notice before any change to your monthly fee.
9. 10-day refund guarantee
You may request a full refund of the setup fee within 10 calendar days of your initial payment, plus any monthly fee paid in that period, without giving a reason, as described in our refund policy. Nothing in this agreement limits that guarantee.
10. No long-term commitment
There's no minimum term. The monthly plan is month to month. Either of us may cancel with written notice (email is fine); service ends at the end of the billing month in which notice is given. Because the system runs on our platform, it stops when the monthly plan ends. On cancellation we switch off and remove your automations, disconnect our access, and handle data as described in the refund policy. Records already in your accounts stay yours.
11. Support
Support by email at lucky@luckyvgllc.com, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific, excluding U.S. holidays. We aim to respond within 1 business day, and to begin work on outages that stop leads from being handled within 4 business hours. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately.
12. Delivery
We aim to finish setup within about 7 business days after we receive your completed onboarding and account authorizations. Delays in information or authorizations move that date.
13. Ownership
You own your data and the content you provide. We own our templates, methods and automation designs, and give you the right to use the system for your business while your plan is active.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law: neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits; and our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or willful misconduct.
15. Disputes
If there's a problem, email us first; we'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in [county], California, or in small claims court where eligible. This agreement is governed by California law.
16. The rest
This agreement, together with the package description, refund policy and privacy policy it references, is the whole agreement. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. You accept it electronically by checking the box and typing your name during onboarding; we record the version, time, your typed name and browser details as evidence of acceptance, and email you a copy.
