Version LVG-PP-2026-10-DRAFT-0.1. Last updated October 16, 2026.
This explains what Lucky Venture Group LLC collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: lucky@luckyvgllc.com.
Two kinds of information
About you, as a visitor or client: what you type into our contact and onboarding forms (name, email, phone, business details), records of your purchase from Stripe (name, email, amount, payment status; never your full card number), your agreement acceptance (name typed, time, agreement version, browser details), and basic technical logs.
About your customers, when we run your system: the lead details your forms collect (such as name, email, phone, ZIP, message and service requested), plus the records the system creates (timestamps, delivery and follow-up status). For these, you are in control of the data and we process it on your behalf to provide the service.
How we use it
- To provide, test, monitor and support the services you bought.
- To reply to you and send service emails (receipts, setup steps, alerts, monthly reports).
- To bill you and keep required business records.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use these service providers, each under their own terms and privacy policies: Make.com (runs the automations and stores working records), Stripe (payments), Google (email and Drive), HubSpot (your CRM), and our website host. If you add texting, an SMS provider such as Twilio. We only give them what's needed for the service.
How long we keep it
While you're a client, plus 30 days after you cancel for working records. Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires, typically up to 7 years.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you. If you live in California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email us to make a request; we'll verify it's you and respond within the time the law requires. If you're a customer of one of our clients, we'll pass your request to that business, since they control your data.
Security
Account access uses each provider's official sign-in method; we don't collect passwords. Access keys are kept in our automation platform's secure connection storage, not in forms, emails or ordinary records.
Children
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed at children under 16.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this changes, and email clients about significant changes.
